International Orders and Returns!
Yes!
We do indeed also deliver outside Finland and all deliveries are made using the mighty GLS EuroBusinessParcel. At the moment we deliver to most European-countries, but there are some countries like Spain, Portugal, Greece, etc. where there are too big regional differences in delivery costs and therefore we cannot offer them directly in our webstore for a flat price. If you live in remote area and our webstore does not offer shipping to your beautiful European country, please contact us by email and we will check shipping costs for you.
For those who are not "lucky enough" to live in EU or Europe, we can of course do exceptions when possible. So send us a message with your full adress details & a list of wanted goods & clothes sizes, etc. and we will see if we can make the delivery also to your most alluring country.
Please note that we do not ship to 3rd party forwarder service addresses (offered by Forward2Me and other similar companies). So the shipping address must be a home or workplace address.
Please also note, that no matter where you live, if you return any goods to us for any reason, you must pay all shipping costs related to the return. Always contact us before returning anything.
As our webstore is available only in finnish, we suggest that, if you find finnish language difficult, you should send your orders to us by email. The email address can be found at the last part of this text. With foreign orders, we can accept payments by online Paytrail-payments (credit cards, etc.) or by more traditional Bank Transfer.
We reserve the right to refuse all orders (as deliveries to some countries cause us constant problems with failed deliveries by local delivery companies failing to do their job...), but only for valid reasons. We reserve the right to determine what is valid for us. You can freely do the same at your end.
If you have a company, we can also sell with wholesale prices. We have a separate stocks for these purposes. Please give us your company info & VAT-number and ask for quote for any item and we will reply with our best offer and stock availability.

Here are the typical shipping costs for most European countries. For remote areas the costs can be much-much higher:
Parcels:
- 0,0-5,0kg: 29,95 Euros
- 5,1-10,0kg: 39,95 Euros
- 10,1-20kg- 49,95 Euros
- 20,1-30kg 59,95 Euros
- Etc...
- As a rule, all parcels delivered outside EU are priced around 50-100 Euros and upwards depending on weight & size and remoteness of your home. Yes, we also think this is bit too much but can not do anything about it.
If these parcel prices seem steep to you, please be aware that we are charging you only part of the real costs charged from us and we almost always pay 5,00 - 10,00 Euros more as we have to pay additional fuel surcharges and other wonderful shipping extras. Door-to-Door service is never cheap, but it is secure for all parties and quite fast indeed.

Shipping costs you pay during the initial order can be refundable (if you return everything you ordered and in the same condition they were delivered to you), but like stated above and in the EU instructions, you are fully responsible for ALL return costs. Return costs will never be refunded, not even if you know or are somebody important. Please kindly refrain from ordering, if you do not accept this. You and the courier you choose are also responsible for the return parcel, so please use reliable couriers and please make sure you pack the return parcel with great care, so the items are safe and will not be damaged during the transport. It is highly advisable to use only tracked & insured parcels, as we can not take responsibility for lost return parcels. We will of course do our best to help you if this happens (so far it has not).
We have “few” simple rules & requests for you:
- You must be adult (by the laws of your own country) or you must have the permission of an adult/parent to make any orders from us. In any case you must be at least 18 years old.
- We sell mainly army, police or government surplus, which can be used, very old and always something the army/police/government has discarded from their use.
- Each old fishing lure (and it's possible packing) is in unique condition and the lure or the box it's packed in can show signs of wear/use. Please ask for a picture if necessary.
- In regard of the items ordered from us, the buyer is responsible for the legality of them in their own country. Check your national laws and regulations before ordering.
- All customs costs, duties and local taxes, local delivery extras, etc, are paid by the buyer. The buyer must also pay all banking fees related to the purchase/payment.
- All goods returned must be in the same condition as they arrived. If you break something, make it smelly, sticky or mistreat/abuse it in any way, keep it. We have no use for it anymore.
- You may of course try and test everything briefly, but this must be done so that the product stays in the same condition as it arrived. All packing material can be opened, but please do this also carefully.
- Items and clothes can be returned with in the normal 14 day period after receiving the parcel, you do not need to tell us why, but if you do, you will be regarded as a nice person indeed.
- You must provide us full and correct personal (or workplace) address details and phone number. The phone number must contain your landcode. Please check and re-check the number and all details given!
- Used surplus items are used and they look, smell and feel like like they have been used. They might even have little faults in them. Please accept this as a fact and order used surplus only if you can accept this. In many cases we sell the same item also in good condition. If you wish you may contact us about a particular item and ask for detailed pictures & information.
- All items are sold as they are and in the size you order them in. So please check and re-check all details, your own measurements (from your body AND from your own clothes) and product descriptions of you order before you finalise it. Always ask if you are unsure, as we are happy to help and have years of experience with clothes & their measurements.
- These rules can seem bit “rude”, but they really aren’t. They are in fact quite fair to both parties and to our view, rather reasonable. If you feel they are rude (in a bad way), please do not order anything from us.
- Our pages are in Finnish language (except this one...), please always ask before ordering if you do not understand something. Google translator does not yet really work with finnish and if you use it to translate our pages, there is quite a big chance for a misundestanding(s). All rules and product descriptions apply even if you don’t read/understand them and by placing an order, you accept them.
- Please accept that we will do our very best to provide you with the best quality items only. We will re-check (and re-re-check) everything as we pack the items and if we find anything amiss, we will contact you before shipping the goods.
