As our webstore is available only in finnish, we suggest that, if you find finnish language difficult, you should send your orders to us by email. The email address can be found at the last part of this text. With foreign orders, we can accept payments by online Paytrail-payments (credit cards, etc.) or by more traditional Bank Transfer.
We reserve the right to refure all orders (as deliveries to some countries cause us constant problems with failed deliveries by local delivery companies failing to do their job...), but only for valid reasons. We reserve the right to determine what is valid for us. You can freely do the same at your end.
If you have a company, we can also sell with wholesale prices. We have a separate stocks for these purposes. Please give us your company info & VAT-number and ask for quote for any item and we will reply with our best offer and stock availability.

If these parcel prices seem steep to you, please be aware that we are charging you only part of the real costs charged from us and we almost always pay 5,00 - 10,00 Euros more as we have to pay additional fuel surcharges and other wonderful shipping extras. Door-to-Door service is never cheap, but it is secure for all parties and quite fast indeed.

Shipping costs you pay during the initial order can be refundable (if you return everything you ordered and in the same condition they were delivered to you), but like stated above and in the EU instructions, you are fully responsible for ALL return costs. Return costs will never be refunded, not even if you know or are somebody important. Please kindly refrain from ordering, if you do not accept this. You and the courier you choose are also responsible for the return parcel, so please use reliable couriers and please make sure you pack the return parcel with great care, so the items are safe and will not be damaged during the transport. It is highly advisable to use only tracked & insured parcels, as we can not take responsibility for lost return parcels. We will of course do our best to help you if this happens (so far it has not).
